The lot consists of two separate pieces of land, 0.23 acre total, outlined in orange above, both with the same address. The empty lot in between has a different address and owner; it’s for sale for $7,500. It’s listed as 1007 Dunbar, but tax records have it as 1007 R1 Dunbar. And there’s an almost triangular lot that cuts 1005 Dunbar off from the street; that one, also known as 1007 Dunbar, has a third owner. Gate City Boulevard is at the top and Willow Road to the right. The wooded property at the bottom is part of The Academy at Lincoln.
